Shipping Information
Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International shipments may be subject to customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy carefully.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Assembled, used, or damaged products
- Mattresses and bedding (hygiene reasons)

Refund Process
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
